Anti-Semitism: Dutch Anti-BDS Legislation

(June 2016)

The Dutch Parliament passed a non-binding motion on June 17, 2016, calling on the government to “end as soon as possible direct or indirect funding for organizations... [that] promote a boycott of Israel.” The motion was written by Kees van der Staaij of the Reformed Political Party, and signed or co-sponsored by two other prominent Parliament members from other parties.
